1. Driver requirements
- Minimum age 21 (25 for premium cars and minivans with 9 seats).
- Driving licence held for at least 2 years. Non-EU licences may require an International Driving Permit.
- A valid ID card or passport.
2. Booking and confirmation
A request sent on the website is not yet a booking. The booking is valid once we confirm it by email or phone.
3. Price, payment and deposit
- Prices are per 24-hour period and depend on the rental length. A return more than 59 minutes late may be charged as an extra day.
- Payment is made at pickup (cash or card).
- A refundable security deposit is required at pickup. The amount is shown on each car page.
4. Fuel and mileage
The car is delivered with a certain fuel/charge level and must be returned with the same level. Mileage is unlimited unless stated otherwise.
5. Insurance
Basic insurance (CDW) with an excess is included. Full insurance (no excess) is available as an extra. Damage caused by negligence, driving under the influence or breach of these terms is not covered.
6. Travelling abroad
Driving to neighbouring countries is only allowed with our prior written permission and the cross-border extra (green card).
7. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged one rental day.
8. Fines and prohibited use
Traffic fines and tolls are the renter’s responsibility. Smoking, off-road driving, racing, towing and sub-renting are not allowed.
