1. Who we are

This website is operated by the car rental company named in the website footer (the “Company”, “we”). You can contact us using the details on the Contact page.

2. What data we collect

  • Booking requests: name, email, phone number, rental dates and locations, flight number and notes you provide.
  • Contact messages: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message.
  • Technical data: IP address, used only to protect our forms against spam and abuse.
  • Anonymous statistics: pages visited, language, device type and referring website. We do not use cookies for this and we cannot identify you from it.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

  • To process and confirm your booking and provide the rental (performance of a contract).
  • To answer your messages (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
  • To keep our website secure and improve it (legitimate interest).
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

4. How long we keep it

Booking data is kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Contact messages are deleted after 12 months unless they lead to a booking. Spam-protection records are deleted after 48 hours.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers that help us run the website and send emails (hosting and email providers), and with authorities when the law requires it.

6. Cookies

  • Necessary: a session cookie (security and forms), a language cookie, a cookie that stores your consent choice and, only if you use it, a cookie for the “Desktop version / Mobile version” switch.
  • Optional (only with “Accept all”): Google Maps on the Contact page, which may set Google cookies.

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Choosing “Necessary only” also turns off our anonymous statistics.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to its processing and to receive it in a portable format. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details on the Contact page.
